Even I, sometimes need to do light hearted and naive stuff - sorry bout that XD; I wish I had female Oc's though orz.Yay for girly guys coughcough. XD;
Anyway I got asked on Facebook account about way to do starry skies/Nebulas. So heres my PSD workfile for this background.
It was very easy to do so I decided to share some workflow
It is not for copy/paste, but rather to understand what methods are used to get this kind of result.

The Sky is VERY VERY detailed! I LOVE IT! But I have one question: Shouldn't the lines around the character be a bit darker in order to mix with the sky?
